Tattoo Removal FAQs

Tattoo removal works by targeting the tattooed area with a laser. The laser breaks the tattoo down into tinier fragments. The fragments are worked through the body’s waste system and passed out safely and naturally.

Whilst we do use a numbing cream, we can not guarantee that the tattoo removal session will be painless. However, the pain is often tolerable and not as painful as getting a tattoo in the first place.

Sessions needed depend on the client. If you are getting a cover up later down the line, the sessions needed can probably be reduced. We offer free tattoo removal consultations to discuss this with you, and it gives us a chance to have a look at your tattoo in person.

We can currently remove all colours, apart from green and blue.

A minimum of 6 weeks apart is required for tattoo removal. This gives the body time to work out the tattoo from the previous session and allows the skin to heal too. 

The cost of the tattoo removal treatment depends on the colours and the size of the tattoo. Our prices can be found here, but we recommend getting in touch with us for a full quote.
